Russells blends the tradition of the surrounding area with a modern, considered palate. With a menu that champions local, quality, and sustainable ingredients; Russells brings farm and fish to fork in a symphony of flavour. Everything is cooked from scratch under the watchful eye of the Executive Head Chef Viv Kelly, who has over 20 years’ experience in restaurants in iconic locations along the Wild Atlantic Way, as well as on the other side of the Atlantic, in New York.
We have a fully stocked bar with over 50 Irish Whiskey brands to choose from featuring Irish Whiskey bonder J.J.Corry, and an extensive wine and cocktail menu that will make you want to try them all.
For 2023 we have a delicious new menu. Don’t worry we still have your favourites like the Lamb Shoulder and Seafood Bouillabaisse as seen on Neven Maguire’s Irish Seafood Trails. We have introduced some great additions such as Russells Cottage Pie, and more.
