Welcome back to The Fiddle + Bow Hotel. As we open the door to our hotel, we thank our community for supporting us as we navigated our pathway to re-opening. Thank you to all who have visited us for food-to-go at Russell’s Fish Shop and The Meadow over the past 12 months.
We hope you enjoy the fruits of our labour over lockdown. A new kitchen to facilitate our re-imagined menus, a refurbished restaurant area to dine in, a dedicated outdoor sanctuary at The Meadow, purpose built outdoor seating at ‘The Terrace’ and ‘Snugs’ beside Russell’s Fish Shop. Live in the Meadow is now here for the summer, inspired by and committed to the promotion of Irish artists taking place under a stretch tent in the centre of The Meadow.
Rest assured, safety remains our priority during your stay and visit to our outdoor dining experience, having already secured the Covid-19 Safety Charter accredited by Failte Ireland earlier this year. We want to provide guests with an increased level of assurance that when they are ready to travel, they can do so with confidence.
We have outlined below the steps that have been taken to ensure we are following all government regulations and guidance to keep our guests and team safe.
Our staff are trained to follow HSE Guidelines and sanitation procedures.
